I agree if ya gotta 'ask ya oughtn'ta do it. I am for the DIY people. I answer many Questions about electricity, but I'm not for this start. Really, you need a permit, the power co. You may need to Turn at the pole. The wires need to do inside the house to investigate. As the screw type fuse box so the original wiring is quite old. And you have to do not have the appropriate knowledge and experience, all of this. Please do't be offended. I am an industrial electrician.
